Do not send bank details or an account number to this website. Direct Debit payers are paid automatically; councils will invite other households to apply.
Questions about a registered band
Start with the official band lookup. If you believe the assessment is incorrect, use the official challenge guidance. This is separate from asking a council about the amount shown on a bill.
